Services: Group Obedience Classes
Group Obedience classes focus on “making obedience a way of life” for your dog in a positive and friendly atmosphere. This type of reliability is developed through consistency and appropriate feedback. While working on various commands, you will develop an overall system of communicating with your dog, thus enhancing your relationship with your dog. A variety of fun activities are used to challenge your dog’s skills.


Beginner Obedience
Classes focus on establishing a healthy system of communication with your dog through consistency and positive feedback. Basic commands such as Watch, Sit, Heel, Down and Leave It are taught, as well as Walking on a Loose Leash, Reliable Recall and Leadership Strategies. (This class is appropriate for dogs over 4 months of age.)
Intermediate Obedience
This class is a fun way to ensure that your dog’s obedience is a way of life and to improve the
dog/owner relationship. Learn more advanced skills and challenge your dog’s obedience of basic
commands in a variety of situations, including an outdoor location.
Prerequisites: Completion of Happy Tails Dog Training’s Beginner Obedience class. Dog must interact well with other dogs.
